目的探讨经胸小切口微创室间隔缺损封堵术的临床应用价值。方法2010年1月至2013年10月在食管超声引导下实施经胸小切口室间隔缺损封堵术患者63例，年龄2～57岁，平均8.99岁；体重10～85 kg ，平均24.5 kg；室间隔缺损直径1.6～10.8 mm；术后定期用经胸超声心动图对封堵成功患儿进行随访。结果63例室间隔缺损患儿中60例封堵成功，无房室传导阻滞、明显残余分流及封堵器影响瓣膜启闭等并发症发生；术后随访2～47个月未见异常。结论在食管超声引导下经胸微创封堵室间隔缺损是一种简单、安全、有效的治疗方法，远期结果尚待进一步随访观察。
목적탐토경흉소절구미창실간격결손봉도술적림상응용개치。방법2010년1월지2013년10월재식관초성인도하실시경흉소절구실간격결손봉도술환자63례，년령2～57세，평균8.99세；체중10～85 kg ，평균24.5 kg；실간격결손직경1.6～10.8 mm；술후정기용경흉초성심동도대봉도성공환인진행수방。결과63례실간격결손환인중60례봉도성공，무방실전도조체、명현잔여분류급봉도기영향판막계폐등병발증발생；술후수방2～47개월미견이상。결론재식관초성인도하경흉미창봉도실간격결손시일충간단、안전、유효적치료방법，원기결과상대진일보수방관찰。
Objective To explore the clinical applied value of minimally invasive transthoracic occlusion of ventricular septal defect .Methods From January 2010 to October 2013,63 patients with ventricular septal defect were performed occlusion of ventricular septal defect through small chest incision .They were 2 to 57 years old,averaging 8.99 years.The weight of these patients ranged from 10 to 85 kg with an average weight of 24.5 kg. The diameter of their ventricular septal defect ranged from 1.6 to 10.8 mm.Results Out of the 63 ventricular septal defect cases ,the defects of 60 patients were successfully closed .There weren′t atrioventricular block ,residual shunt,and affected valves et al .All patients were followed-up for 2-47 months after operation .Conclusion Minimally invasive transthoracic closure of ventricular septal defect without CPB is a simple ,effective and safe intervention . The long-term follow-up is indispensable .
