　　目的探讨四维彩超对胎儿体表畸形的诊断价值。方法对6251例中、晚期孕妇中怀疑有胎儿体表畸形者行四维超声成像，并与引产后对照。结果40例产前诊断胎儿体表畸形的均引产后证实。结论四维超声能直观、动态的将胎儿体表畸形的部位展现在人们面前，准确度高，是诊断体表畸形的重要方法。

Objective To study the four-dimensional color ultrasonography(4 DCU) in the diagnosis of surface deformity in fetus. Methods The diagnosis of surface deformity in fetus of pregnant women in medium and late pregnancies were imaged by 4 DCU and compared with after feticide or birth. Results 40 cases of diagnosis of surface deformity in fetus were found before birth. Conclusion 4 DCU is the best important diagnosis method in the diagnosis of surface deformity in fetus.
