目的：分析高龄食道癌患者的围术期治疗，旨在提高其手术治疗效果。方法对100例行手术治疗的该类患者为研究对象，对其围手术期治疗资料予以回顾性分析。结果100例患者中，治愈65例，好转29例，死亡6例；有并发症出现的患者共计45例。结论基于该类患者特点，正确选用术式，能降低术后并发症发生率，提高患者术后恢复及生活质量。
목적：분석고령식도암환자적위술기치료，지재제고기수술치료효과。방법대100례행수술치료적해류환자위연구대상，대기위수술기치료자료여이회고성분석。결과100례환자중，치유65례，호전29례，사망6례；유병발증출현적환자공계45례。결론기우해류환자특점，정학선용술식，능강저술후병발증발생솔，제고환자술후회복급생활질량。
Objective: To analyze the elderly esophageal cancer patients with perioperative treatment aimed at improving its surgical treatment. Methods: 100 patients underwent surgical treatment such as the research object, its perioperative treatment data to be analyzed retrospectively. Results: 100 patients were cured 65 cases, improved in 29 cases, 6 deaths; complications in patients with a total of 45 cases. Conclusion: Based on the characteristics of these patients, the correct selection procedure, and can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve postoperative recovery and quality of life.
