目的：探索持续非卧床腹膜透析（CAPD）患者居家自我管理的体验，进一步发现其存在问题，并为提供护理干预奠定基础。方法运用深度访谈法，收集13例C A PD患者居家自我管理的感受资料，应用现象学分析法进行分析。结果采用类属分析法升华出4个CAPD患者自我管理过程中的体验：负性心理不断调整、自我价值感降低及形象紊乱、病情监测不重视、CAPD相关知识缺乏。结论CAPD患者居家自我管理问题较多，需加强健康教育和护理干预。
목적：탐색지속비와상복막투석（CAPD）환자거가자아관리적체험，진일보발현기존재문제，병위제공호리간예전정기출。방법운용심도방담법，수집13례C A PD환자거가자아관리적감수자료，응용현상학분석법진행분석。결과채용류속분석법승화출4개CAPD환자자아관리과정중적체험：부성심리불단조정、자아개치감강저급형상문란、병정감측불중시、CAPD상관지식결핍。결론CAPD환자거가자아관리문제교다，수가강건강교육화호리간예。
Objective To study the experience of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) patients dur-ing home-based self-management ,to find the existing problems ,and to lay foundation for further nursing cares . Method Data of experience during self-management was collected using in-depth interview with 13 CAPD patients , and was analyzed with phenomenological approach .Result Four themes were sublimated through category analysis :adjust negative mentality continuously ,a decrease of self-esteem and self image disorder ,ignore symptom monito-ring ,and lack the knowledge concerning CAPD .Conclusion There are many problems in self-management of the CAPD patients .More health education needs to be done in future researches .
