嗜线虫致病杆菌Xenorhabdus nematophila HB310(Xn HB310)是一株广谱高效的昆虫病原线虫共生细菌,本文以中红侧沟茧蜂Microplitis mediator为试虫,研究了菌株Xn HB310对其发育的影响。结果表明用2.24×106 cfu·mL?1的Xn HB310菌液和567.60μg·mL?1的蛋白毒素直接浸渍蛹茧,对茧蜂羽化率没有影响。直接饲喂成蜂高浓度的菌液(≥1.12×105 cfu·mL?1)或蛋白毒素(≥200μg·mL?1)会明显缩短成蜂的寿命。棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera持续取食含1.12×103 cfu·mL?1菌液的饲料,对所寄生的茧蜂无显著影响;棉铃虫持续取食含0.38μg·mL?1蛋白毒素的饲料,所寄生的茧蜂卵-幼虫历期显著延长,其它发育指标无影响。2龄棉铃虫接种茧蜂后分别饲喂含亚抑制中浓度菌液或蛋白毒素的饲料,对茧蜂均无显著影响。在自然条件下,茧蜂成虫不可能直接取食到高浓度的Xn HB310菌液或蛋白毒素,所以田间施用共生菌对该寄生蜂各虫态均是安全的。

Xenorhabdus nematophila HB310(Xn HB310), an entomopathogenic bacterium, is highly toxic against several species of insect. We investigated the effects of Xn HB310 on the development of Microplitis mediator. The results showed that 2.24×106 cfu·mL?1 culture broth and 567.60μg·mL?1 protein toxin had no direct influence on pupal emergence of M. mediator. When fed on the 10%honey with the culture broth (≥1.12×105 cfu·mL?1) or protein toxin (≥200 μg·mL?1), longevity of M. mediator adults was shortened significantly. When Helicoverpa armigera larvae were fed on diet containing the culture broth(1.12×103 cfu·mL?1)from neonates on, there was no effects on growth and development of M. mediator parasitizing H. armigera larvae. Compared with the control, larval duration of M. mediator was shorter when host larvae were fed on diet containing 0.38 μg·mL?1 protein toxin during the whole larval stage. When parasitized 2nd instar host larvae were fed on diet with lower IC50 culture broth or protein toxin , there was no detrimental effect on the development of M. mediator. The wasp adult did not feed on high dose of Xn HB310 culture broth or protein toxin in natural conditions. These results show that application of Xn HB310 is safe on the M. mediator.
