在碱性条件下盐酸二甲双胍对鲁米诺一高碘酸钾化学发光体系有强烈的增敏作用,结合流动注射技术,建立了流动注射化学发光测定盐酸二甲双胍的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,测定盐酸二甲双胍的线性范围为1.0×10-9~7.0×10-5mol/L,检出限为3.4×10-9moL/L,对于浓度为1.0×10-7mol/L的盐酸二甲双胍连续测定11次,测定值的相对标准偏差为0.8%,以片剂为基体,用标准加入法检验方法的回收率,测得结果在99.6%-101.0%之间.该方法用于盐酸二甲双胍片剂中盐酸二甲双胍的定量分析,结果满意.

A highly sensitive chemiluminesence(CL) method for the determination of metformin hydrochloride by flow injection analysis was developed, based on that the CL intensity of Luminol - KIO4 systems was en- hanced by metformin hydrochloride. The relationship between the CL intensity and the concentration of met- formin hydrochloride was in a linear range from 1.0 ×10-9 to 7.0×10-5 mol/L. The detection limit of met- formin hydrochloride was 3.4 ×10-9 mol/L, Precision of the method was tested at the content ration level of 1. 0 ×10-7 mol/L of metformin hydrochloride for 11 determinations, and value of RSD was 0.8%. Test for re- covery was made by standard addition method using tablets samples as matrixes, results of recovery were in the range of 99.6% - 101.0%. The proposed method was applied satisfactorily to the determination of metformin hydrochloride in tablets.
