由于双极化子为有机材料内有效的载流子，我们利用漂移一扩散方程，研究了有机半导体中自旋极化率随双极化子浓度的变化，进而利用Julliere公式得出磁电阻的变化．发现，有机材料内自旋极化率随双极化子浓度的增加而增加．改变材料内双极化子的比例，可以有效地调节器件的磁电阻．

Based on drift - diffsion equation, we investigate the bipolaron - related polarization in organic semi- conductors, and then we can get the magnetoresistance from Jullere formula. We find that the polarization will increase with increasing the ratio of bipolaron. Magnetoresistance of device can be effectively tuned by impro- ving the density of bipolaron.
