dSPACE实时仿真系统是目前被广泛使用的计算机辅助控制系统设计支撑平台。本文面向dSPACE教学,设计了"基于dSPACE的步进电机控制系统快速原型设计"应用实验。旨在使学生能够综合运用已经掌握的控制理论与dSPACE设计方法,递进地完成步进电机开环与闭环控制系统的快速原型设计与硬件在回路仿真,巩固与深化对dSPACE设计理念与方法的理解,掌握基于dSPACE的实际应用技能。本文详细介绍了该实验各环节的设计思路与方法。教学实践表明,该应用实验内容安排合理、难易适中,知识点涵盖全面,能够达到预期教学目的。

dSPACE real-time system is an important support platform which has been widely used for computer-aided control system design.Catering to the dSPACE teaching,an application experiment named as Design of the Rapid Control Prototyping of Step Motor based on dSPACE is designed.The intention of this experiment is to make students synthetically applying any control theory and design method of dSPACE which have been learned and grasped by students to gradually complete the design of the rapid prototyping and hardware-in-the-loop simulation of open-loop and closed-loop control system of step motor,further consolidating and deepening the comprehensions to the design philosophy and method based on dSPACE,and mastering the practical application skill of dSPACE.In the paper,the design ideas and methods of every aspects of this application experiment are introduced in detailed.Demonstrated by two years teaching practice,the experiment is considered well-designed,appropriate-level of difficulty,and roundly-covered of knowledge,thus is adaptive to students of different basis of capability.
