根据内地与香港之间发生的跨境破产案件的实际,两地应尽快建立区际跨境破产协作机制,以适应两地跨境破产的需要。从两地跨境破产的现实情况来看,跨境破产协作机制的建立不仅具有必要性,而且具有可行性。

According to the Mainland and Hong Kong took place between the actual cross-border insolvencycases, the two sides should establish inter-regional cross-border insolvency cooperation mechanism to meet theneeds of cross-border insolvency. From the reality of cross-border insolvency situation, establishment of mech-anisms for cross-border insolvency cooperation not only the necessity but also feasible. This article focuses onanalysis, demonstrated the bankruptcy of cross-border collaboration to build the feasibility of the mechanism.
