通过不同浓度的生根粉、NAA、IBA处理疏花水柏枝插穗,并在清水和河沙中进行暗培养,研究其发芽数、生根数、新枝长、根长、新枝数量和生根数量。结果表明:清水中插穗更容易生根和发芽;河沙基质中,经生根粉2g/L处理后的插穗新枝长和根长最长;河沙基质中,经生根粉0.5g/L处理后的插穗新枝数量最多,经NAA100mg/L处理后的插穗生根数量最多。

통과불동농도적생근분、NAA、IBA처리소화수백지삽수,병재청수화하사중진행암배양,연구기발아수、생근수、신지장、근장、신지수량화생근수량。결과표명:청수중삽수경용역생근화발아;하사기질중,경생근분2g/L처리후적삽수신지장화근장최장;하사기질중,경생근분0.5g/L처리후적삽수신지수량최다,경NAA100mg/L처리후적삽수생근수량최다。
The cottage trials of Myricaria laxifflora (Franch.) were executed. Different growth regulator concentrations oi roo- fing power, NAA and IBA were be used, and the culture medium were water and sand. The burgeon number of quickset, rooting number of quickset, root length and amount, branch length and amount were be record. The results show that: ( 1 ) the water cutting was easier on roofing and burgeon. (2) The shoot length and root length was longest which through rooting power 2g/L treated in sand matrix. (3) In sand matrix, the amount of shoot was most which through ABT 0.5g ! L treated. And NAA 100mg/L treated the quickset the amount of root was most.
