立体车库的钢结构框架及载车板起到支撑停放车辆和分担提升机构载荷的作用。以整体拼板式载车板为研究对象,采用ANSYS 有限元分析软件对载车板进行受力分析,得到载车板的载荷及变形分布,载车板符合强度设计要求。同时,拼板式载车板经过优化设计后具有结构合理、导向性能好、刚性足、重量轻、外形美观等特点。

The steel structure framework and car carrying board of stereo garage play the role of supporting parking vehicles and sharing the load of lifting mechanism.This paper takes the overall puzzle-type car carrying board as the object of research and the finite element analysis software of ANSYS was used for force analysis of car carrying board, and the analysis results show that car carrying board meet the design of strength requirements through the load and deformation distribution.As the same time, the overall puzzle-type car carrying board have many advantages, such as reasonable structure, good performance-oriented, rigid foot, light weight, beautiful appearance etc.
