研究白茅根提取物的抑菌效果.以水、50%乙醇、乙酸乙酯和丙酮为溶剂对白茅根进行提取,将获得提取物进行抑茵实验.使用药敏纸片法和二倍稀释法测定了其提取物对产气肠杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、假丝酵母及枯草芽孢杆菌5种细菌的抑菌效果.乙酸乙酯提取物对于假丝酵母,水煮提取物对于大肠杆菌,丙酮提取物对于金黄色葡萄球菌,水煮提取物枯草芽孢杆菌及其50%乙醇提取物对于产气肠杆菌的抑菌效果最好,抑茵圈直径分别为12.0、13.0、13.5、13.5和15.0mm.白茅根的各种提取物对供试菌种的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为:白茅根水煮提取物对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果最好,其MIC值为0.125g/mL;其水煮、50%乙醇及乙酸乙酯提取物对大肠杆菌、产气肠杆菌及假丝酵母的MIC值均为0.500g/mL;而其丙酮提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC值为0.250g/mL.其5种提取物对革兰氏阳性、革兰氏阴性菌和真菌均有一定抑制作用,且对大肠杆菌的抑茵效果最明显.
研究白茅根提取物的抑菌效果.以水、50%乙醇、乙痠乙酯和丙酮為溶劑對白茅根進行提取,將穫得提取物進行抑茵實驗.使用藥敏紙片法和二倍稀釋法測定瞭其提取物對產氣腸桿菌、大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄毬菌、假絲酵母及枯草芽孢桿菌5種細菌的抑菌效果.乙痠乙酯提取物對于假絲酵母,水煮提取物對于大腸桿菌,丙酮提取物對于金黃色葡萄毬菌,水煮提取物枯草芽孢桿菌及其50%乙醇提取物對于產氣腸桿菌的抑菌效果最好,抑茵圈直徑分彆為12.0、13.0、13.5、13.5和15.0mm.白茅根的各種提取物對供試菌種的最低抑菌濃度(MIC)為:白茅根水煮提取物對大腸桿菌的抑菌效果最好,其MIC值為0.125g/mL;其水煮、50%乙醇及乙痠乙酯提取物對大腸桿菌、產氣腸桿菌及假絲酵母的MIC值均為0.500g/mL;而其丙酮提取物對金黃色葡萄毬菌的MIC值為0.250g/mL.其5種提取物對革蘭氏暘性、革蘭氏陰性菌和真菌均有一定抑製作用,且對大腸桿菌的抑茵效果最明顯.

Antibacterial experiments of extracts from Rhizoma imperatae were performed. The extracts were obtained from Rhizoma Imperatae in water, 50% ethanol, ethyl acetate and acetone, respectively. The antibiotic effects of the extracts to Enterobacter aerogenes , Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus aureus , Saccharomyces albicans and Bacillus subtilis were tested by drug sensitive slips method and tube double dilution method, respectively. Diameter of inhibition zone of the extract in ethyl acetate to Saccharomyces albicans was 12.0 ram, the extract in water to E. coli was 13.0 mm, the extract in acetone to Staphylococcus aureus was 13.5 ram, the extract in water to B. subtiUis was 13.5 mm and the extract in 50% ethanol to Enterococcusfaecalis was 15.0 mm. Their respective MICs of the extracts to test bacteria were as follows: effect of the extract in water on E. coli was the best of all, which its MIC was 0. 125 g/mL; MIC of the extract in acetone to Staphylococcus aureus was 0.250 g/mL and its MIC was 0.500 g/mL. Their respective bacteriostasis effects of the extracts in water, 50%, ethanol and ethyl acetate to E. coli, Enterococcus faecalis and Saccharomyces albicans were all marked. The extracts to G + and G - bacteria and fungus were obvious, especially to E. coll.
