基于多体系统运动学理论的基本原理,阐述了多体系统的拓扑结构、低序体阵列以及多体系统中相邻体的位姿和特征矩阵构建方法。分析了数控机床几何误差建模规律,并以1台五轴数控机床为例,研究了根据特征矩阵得到几何误差建模的过程。
基于多體繫統運動學理論的基本原理,闡述瞭多體繫統的拓撲結構、低序體陣列以及多體繫統中相鄰體的位姿和特徵矩陣構建方法。分析瞭數控機床幾何誤差建模規律,併以1檯五軸數控機床為例,研究瞭根據特徵矩陣得到幾何誤差建模的過程。

Based on the basic principles of multi-body system kinematics, the topological structures of multi-body systems and their low-order body arrays are expatiated.And also the adjacent body posture of multi-body system and composing meth-ods of characteristic matrixes are put forward in this paper.Besides the above, the modeling rules of geometrical error of NC machine tool are analyzed and the geometric error modeling process based on characteristic matrixes are researched which ex-emplified by a five-axis NC machine tools.
