目的探讨输尿管软镜碎石术治疗上尿路结石的应用方法及手术前后护理要点。方法回顾2012~2013年共50例上尿路结石患者使用输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石的临床资料及术前、术后相应的护理措施。结果本组所有病例碎石成功，术后无明显并发症。结论输尿管软镜治疗上尿路结石，具有安全，可靠，高效，并发症少的特点，输尿管软镜手术适应证范围广，疗效确切，且并发症少，是治疗上尿路结石的理想选择。而完善的心理护理及术前、术后护理是手术成功的重要因素，完整的出院指导是预防结石复发的关键。
목적탐토수뇨관연경쇄석술치료상뇨로결석적응용방법급수술전후호리요점。방법회고2012~2013년공50례상뇨로결석환자사용수뇨관연경하화격광쇄석적림상자료급술전、술후상응적호리조시。결과본조소유병례쇄석성공，술후무명현병발증。결론수뇨관연경치료상뇨로결석，구유안전，가고，고효，병발증소적특점，수뇨관연경수술괄응증범위엄，료효학절，차병발증소，시치료상뇨로결석적이상선택。이완선적심리호리급술전、술후호리시수술성공적중요인소，완정적출원지도시예방결석복발적관건。
Objective To investigate the flexible ureteroscopy lithotripsy for upper urinary calculi application methods and perioperative care points. Methods A retrospective clinical data for 2012~2013 and before surgery in patients with urolithiasis Holmium laser lithotripsy of ureteral soft on the total 50 cases,after appropriate care measures. Results The gravel successful in al cases,no significant postoperative complications.Conclusion Flexible ureteroscope treatment of urinary tract stones,a safe,reliable,ef icient,fewer complications features flexible ureteroscope wide range of surgical indications,ef icacy,and fewer complications, the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi ideal choice.The former improve psychological care and postoperative care is an important factor in the success of the surgery,a complete discharge guidance is the key to prevent stone recurrence.
