在Novolen气相法聚丙烯(PP)装置上进行了采用丙烯配制催化剂替代以前使用的白油配制催化剂生产PP1102K的工业试验。在操作条件基本相同,且助催化剂、外给电子体及其他添加剂加入量不变的情况下,分析了按两种配制方式各生产18天的产品质量。结果表明:与白油配制催化剂相比,丙烯配制催化剂的活性较高,PP产品的拉伸屈服强度较高,但熔体流动速率波动较大,灰分平均值高约8μg/g。

The catalyst prepared with propylene was employed instead of the catalyst prepared with white oil to produce polypropylene (PP) 1102K in an industrial test on the Novolen gas phase PP plant. The 18-day production and PP quality data with these two kinds of catalyst preparation methods were analyzed under the same operating conditions with the same adding amount of the cocatalyst, external electron donor and other additives. The results show that the activity of the catalyst prepared with propylene is higher, and the PP produced with the catalyst has high tensile strength at yield, greatly fluctuating melt flow rate and average ash content up to 8 μg/g approximately.
