框构桥顶进施工工艺要求的顶进降水和开挖土体卸载势必造成地表沉降。而高铁对沉降要求极高，因此临近运营高铁顶进施工与保证高铁的运营安全相互制约。结合天津武清翠亨路临近高铁顶进铁路立交桥工程，按照顶进过程分阶段分析，采取注双液浆预加固路基、调整开挖土方顺序，同时对止水帷幕采用观测井、回灌井等监控措施，以及在防“扎头”、防偏位、防土体坍塌、后补底板和后补刃脚施工上进行创新，保证京津城际的安全运营，为以后类似工程提供了参考依据。
