对油茶小苗砧嫁接苗返幼期的管护措施进行研究,结果表明,遮光度与土壤含水率对返幼期小苗砧嫁接苗的成活率具有显著影响,采用90%遮光度(1个月后降至70%)加饱和水分的管理措施成活率最高,达到95%以上。

Management of grafted seedlings on plantlet rootstocks is important at back-to-immature stage for Camellia oleifera.The combinations of water and light control trials were conducted to reveal the key factors influ-encing on the survival rate of grafted seedlings.The results showed that light shading percentage and water control played significant roles in affecting the survival rate of seedlings.The treatment with 90%of light shading and wa-ter saturation resulted in the highest survival rate more than 95%.
