目的：观察中西医结合治疗骨折的疗效。方法：选取笔者所在医院120例骨折延迟愈合患者，平均随机分为试验组和对照组各60例，对照组采用西医治疗，试验组在对照组基础上中药内服及中药局部给药。结果：试验组愈合率90%，对照组愈合率为35%。结论：中西医结合突出了治疗骨折的中医优势，并结合西医的长处，消除了骨折，促进骨折的愈合，因此中西医结合治疗骨折优势十分突出。
目的：觀察中西醫結閤治療骨摺的療效。方法：選取筆者所在醫院120例骨摺延遲愈閤患者，平均隨機分為試驗組和對照組各60例，對照組採用西醫治療，試驗組在對照組基礎上中藥內服及中藥跼部給藥。結果：試驗組愈閤率90%，對照組愈閤率為35%。結論：中西醫結閤突齣瞭治療骨摺的中醫優勢，併結閤西醫的長處，消除瞭骨摺，促進骨摺的愈閤，因此中西醫結閤治療骨摺優勢十分突齣。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료골절적료효。방법：선취필자소재의원120례골절연지유합환자，평균수궤분위시험조화대조조각60례，대조조채용서의치료，시험조재대조조기출상중약내복급중약국부급약。결과：시험조유합솔90%，대조조유합솔위35%。결론：중서의결합돌출료치료골절적중의우세，병결합서의적장처，소제료골절，촉진골절적유합，인차중서의결합치료골절우세십분돌출。
Objective:To observe the curative ef ect of combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treatment of fractures.Method:120 cases of patients with fracture delayed union in our hospital were randomly and average divided into experimental group and control group.The control group treated with western medicine,the experimental group treated with traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine and Chinese medicine local drug delivery on the basis of control group.Result:The healing rate was 90%for the experimental group,the healing rate in control group was 35%.Conclusion:Combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of fractures,and combine with western medicine strengths, eliminate the fracture,shorten the treatment course,promote the healing of fracture.Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of fractures advantage is very outstanding.
