应用SolidWorks进行建模,完成整机液压和一种新型液压背钳结构设计,基于西门子S7-200 PLC和相应的传感器,提出整机控制理论和实现开口式液压主钳非接触式自动对缺口的理论。在Adams中建立液压主、背钳的液压系统,设定换向阀的控制函数,分析了液压背钳在夹紧油管时液压缸的夹紧力、速度及液压缸工作腔压力变化和液压主钳液压马达输出扭矩和液压主钳输出扭矩变化。通过仿真得到背钳可为主钳上卸扣提够足够夹紧力,为液压元件选型和装置生产设计提供依据。
應用SolidWorks進行建模,完成整機液壓和一種新型液壓揹鉗結構設計,基于西門子S7-200 PLC和相應的傳感器,提齣整機控製理論和實現開口式液壓主鉗非接觸式自動對缺口的理論。在Adams中建立液壓主、揹鉗的液壓繫統,設定換嚮閥的控製函數,分析瞭液壓揹鉗在夾緊油管時液壓缸的夾緊力、速度及液壓缸工作腔壓力變化和液壓主鉗液壓馬達輸齣扭矩和液壓主鉗輸齣扭矩變化。通過倣真得到揹鉗可為主鉗上卸釦提夠足夠夾緊力,為液壓元件選型和裝置生產設計提供依據。
응용SolidWorks진행건모,완성정궤액압화일충신형액압배겸결구설계,기우서문자S7-200 PLC화상응적전감기,제출정궤공제이론화실현개구식액압주겸비접촉식자동대결구적이론。재Adams중건립액압주、배겸적액압계통,설정환향벌적공제함수,분석료액압배겸재협긴유관시액압항적협긴력、속도급액압항공작강압력변화화액압주겸액압마체수출뉴구화액압주겸수출뉴구변화。통과방진득도배겸가위주겸상사구제구족구협긴력,위액압원건선형화장치생산설계제공의거。
The hydraulic system and new type of lower clamp was built with SolidWorks and put forward the whole machine control theory and the theory of non-contact automatic gap alignment for open type hydraulic main clamp based on the Siemens S7-200 PLC and corresponding sensor .The hydraulic system of main and lower clamp was set up in Adams and the control function of reversing valve was set to analyze the clamping force, speed and pressure changes of working chamber of the hy-draulic cylinder and output torque change of hydraulic motor.The design parameters of clamped tubing was received and pro-vides design basis for production.
