为研究一种圆筒零件在包带卡紧下的力学特征,通过压力均匀分布假设建立理论计算模型,并通过有限元法建立非均匀分布仿真模型进行对比分析。计算结果显示两种模型均可建立包带卡紧力和摩擦扭矩的力学关系,且卡紧力与摩擦扭矩呈线性关系。计算结果为圆筒零件装配中最小卡紧力的设置和装配工艺优化提供了理论依据。

In order to study the mechanical characteristics of one kind of cylinder parts which is clamped by one piece of belt, A calculation model is built based on the assumed uniform distribution of pressure between the cylinder and the belt , Then the nonuniform distribution model is built by using the FEM and comparing and analyzing the results of two conditions .The calcu-lation results and the analysis can offer theory support for deciding the optimal force from the belt during assembling the cylin-der part and optimizing the assembling techniques .
