目的：通过品管圈活动，规范病区备用药品管理，降低给药护理风险发生的几率，保障患者治疗安全。方法按照品管圈理论的十大步骤进行计划、实施、确认和处置，通过对病区备用药品存储状况及管理中存在的风险问题及发生的真正原因进行分析总结，拟定对策加以实施并对效果进行评价、讨论。结果与结论品管圈活动增强了药师、护师团队协作意识，提高药师、护师解决药品环节管理问题的能力，提高药学部门对病区药品管理的监管力度。

Objective To reduce the risk probability of dispensing and ensure the safety of patients,by quality control circle we improve the management of spare medicine in ward.Methods According to the ten steps of the theory of quality control circle,including planning,implementing,confirming and handling,by summarizing and analysing the risk problems and real reason of management and the storage condition of spare medicine in ward. The effects were reviewed and evaluated. Results and Condusion Quality control circle enhances the awareness of team cooperation of the pharmacists and the nurse practitioners.It also improves the pharmacists and the nurse practitioners’ capacity to solve problems.Meanwhile,it improves the pharmacy department regulation of spare medicine in ward.
