介绍一种将铁谱技术运用到脂润滑装载机销轴磨损研究的方法，针对装载机上销轴的使用量大、磨损严重和易损坏等特点，在装载机销轴的实际工作环境，对其生命周期中不同的磨损阶段进行研究，在磨损过程中分阶段进行取样，利用分析式铁谱仪制谱，用铁谱显微镜对谱片进行观察，研究装载机销轴各个磨损阶段磨粒的典型特点，为进一步监测、评估销轴的磨损状况，分析和研究销轴磨损机理提供理论基础。
