目的：应用依帕司他联合维生素B6治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效观察分析。方法选取我院从2012年12月～2013年11月收治的40例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者做为研究对象。按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组22例，对照组18例。对照组应用莫沙必利治疗，治疗组在应用依帕司他的基础上联合维生素B6治疗。观察对比两组患者消化道症状改善程度及钡餐胃排空测量，临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生情况对比，治疗组少于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论依帕司他联合维生素B6治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫是一种安全，有效的治疗方法。该疗法的应用和推广将为广大的糖尿病胃轻瘫患者带来福音，值得临床推广。
목적：응용의파사타연합유생소B6치료당뇨병위경탄적료효관찰분석。방법선취아원종2012년12월～2013년11월수치적40례당뇨병위경탄환자주위연구대상。안취진순서수궤분위치료조화대조조，치료조22례，대조조18례。대조조응용막사필리치료，치료조재응용의파사타적기출상연합유생소B6치료。관찰대비량조환자소화도증상개선정도급패찬위배공측량，림상치료효과。결과치료조환자적치료효과현저우우대조조，차이구통계학의의（P＜0.05）。량조환자불량반응발생정황대비，치료조소우대조조，차이구통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론의파사타연합유생소B6치료당뇨병위경탄시일충안전，유효적치료방법。해요법적응용화추엄장위엄대적당뇨병위경탄환자대래복음，치득림상추엄。
Objective To analyze and observe the curative effects of epalrestat combined with vitamin B6 in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods 40 patients with diabetic gastroparesis who were admitted to our hospital from December 2012 to November 2013 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group according to admission order, with 22 in treatment group and 18 in control group. The control group was given mosapride,while the treatment group was given epalrestat combined with vitamin B6.The alleviation of digestive symptoms,the measurement of gastric emptying after barium meal,and the clinical curative effects were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The curative effects in treatment group were significantly better compared to those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The adverse effects occurred in treatment group were less than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Epalrestat combined with vitamin B6 in treating diabetic gastroparesis is a safe and effective method. The treatment will be of great help and value to the patients with diabetic gastroparesis,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
