为了探讨目标教学的教学效果,郧阳医学院人体解剖学教研室实施了以目标教学为核心的教学改革,取得了较好的效果.具体.方法 为,随机选取2007级临床医学专业两个班315名学生,按照班级将其分为实验组129人和对照组186人,实验组采用目标教学,对照组采用传统教学.教学结束后,分析、比较两组学生考试成绩与学习态度..结果 显示,实验组人体解剖学考试总成绩明显高于对照组学生(P<0.05);实验组学生参加自由实验的人数、课后答疑提问、图书馆开放查阅资料等人数百分比明显高于对照组学生(P<0.05).实践证明,目标教学能够明显提高学生学习的主动性和学习能力.

To discuss the potential value of goal teaching in anatomy teaching,we had carried on taking the goal teaching as the are educationd reform in anatong teaching,and obtained the good effed.3 15 clinic medical undergraduate students were enrolled in this investigation.The students were divided into the experimentation group(129 persons)and the control group(186 persons).The former group was;trained goal teaching and the latter one with traditional approached in anatomy teaching.The professional achievement and the learning attitude were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the mean examination score of the experimentation group were higher than that of the control one(P<0.05).The per centum of the students who went to anatomy laboratory during openings and made discussion after class and who retrieved information in library in the experimentation group were higher than that of the control one (P<0.05).Therefore,the goal teaching could significantly optimize the learning attitude of students,and enhanced the ability of students,which significantly improved the students'anatomy examination score.
