核电站的安全运行与安全级电动阀关系紧密，由于核电站这种特殊环境的限制，在进行阀门的安全检测时，不能够将阀门进行拆解，对于此种状况，文中通过安全级电动阀实际工况的模拟实验，计算出功率的差值曲线并提取相应的特性指标，利用Labview对测量数据实现模糊聚类分析，实时分析故障，实现了核电站电动阀故障诊断的功能，同时对核电站维修人员起到一定的指导作用。

Electric valve plays an important role in the operation of nuclear power plant. The limitation of nuclear en-vironment, however, makes it difficult to dismantle these valves. A simulation is performed under the working condi-tions of these valves to calculate the power difference-curve, and extract their characteristic parameters. Finally the obtained data are clustered by Labview to achieve the faults analysis, and realize the detection of electric valves in NPP at the same time, which will offer guidance for NPP maintainers.
