目的：探讨和分析西药房药品咨询服务工作的意义，并对如何做好西药房药品咨询工作提出相关的对策。方法我院对历年的文献资料和药师的相关咨询工作经验进行总结和分析及应对措施。结果通过实施相关的对策之后，西药房在咨询服务工作在医院药物服务中有非常大的帮助，使面临的一些困难得到了有效解决。另外也提高了药学服用的治疗效果。结论医院中，将西药房的药品咨询工作做好、做到位，为医疗工作和患者带来更好的服务。进而使得药物服务的质量和水平在不断提高。

Objective To explore the significance of pharmacy and drug consultation services,and puts forward some countermeasures on how wel the West pharmacy consultation.Methods In our hospital in past literature and medicine related consulting work experience were summarized and analyzed and measures.Results Through the implementation of relevant measures,western medicine room in the consultation service in the hospital medical service has a very big help,makes some difficulties solved effectively. In addition the pharmacy taking treatment improves.Conclusion Hospital,the drug consultation pharmacy do,do,bring better service for patients and medical work. The quality and level of medical service in the continuous increase.
