利用MIDAS有限元分析平台,结合南水北调中线总干渠某高填方渠段工程实际,建立了填方渠道分层填筑施工的三维有限元分析模型。分析结果表明,渠道分层填筑施工时变形影响区域主要集中在渠道底部中心部位;随着填筑高度不断增加,变形影响范围由初始的渠道外坡脚向渠道底部中心转移,最后发生在渠道底部中心部位;渠道内外坡面变形也随着填筑高度的增加而相应增大。根据填筑施工模拟结果,在渠道填筑初期,内外坡脚和渠道底部中心部位应严格按照设计参数进行填筑施工,并适当加强质量控制措施,确保渠道填筑施工及后期运行安全。
利用MIDAS有限元分析平檯,結閤南水北調中線總榦渠某高填方渠段工程實際,建立瞭填方渠道分層填築施工的三維有限元分析模型。分析結果錶明,渠道分層填築施工時變形影響區域主要集中在渠道底部中心部位;隨著填築高度不斷增加,變形影響範圍由初始的渠道外坡腳嚮渠道底部中心轉移,最後髮生在渠道底部中心部位;渠道內外坡麵變形也隨著填築高度的增加而相應增大。根據填築施工模擬結果,在渠道填築初期,內外坡腳和渠道底部中心部位應嚴格按照設計參數進行填築施工,併適噹加彊質量控製措施,確保渠道填築施工及後期運行安全。
이용MIDAS유한원분석평태,결합남수북조중선총간거모고전방거단공정실제,건립료전방거도분층전축시공적삼유유한원분석모형。분석결과표명,거도분층전축시공시변형영향구역주요집중재거도저부중심부위;수착전축고도불단증가,변형영향범위유초시적거도외파각향거도저부중심전이,최후발생재거도저부중심부위;거도내외파면변형야수착전축고도적증가이상응증대。근거전축시공모의결과,재거도전축초기,내외파각화거도저부중심부위응엄격안조설계삼수진행전축시공,병괄당가강질량공제조시,학보거도전축시공급후기운행안전。
The multi-layer filling construction of high embankment canal of Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion is numerically simulated by MIDAS FEM software combing with the construction practices. The simulation results show that the deformation induced by filling construction is mainly at central area of the canal bottom;with increase of filling elevation, the initial deformation is found at outside slope toe, then transferred to the central area of the canal bottom;the deformation of ca-nal slope surface increases with the filling construction. According to the simulation results, the filling construction at slope toe and canal bottom should be conducted seriously with strict quality controlling measures. And quality controlling measures should be adopted to ensure the safety of filling construction and operation.
