分析304波形膨胀节开裂的原因,采取有效措施预防恶性事故的发生;通过理化分析,发现304奥氏体不锈钢在冷加工成形时会发生马氏体相变;在开、停车情况下或保温不良时会形成湿硫化氢环境,含形变马氏体的304奥氏体不锈钢发生湿硫化氢引起的氢致开裂(HIC)或应力导向氢致开裂(SOCHIC),当裂纹扩展到某一临界尺寸时便发生了低应力脆断型的开裂或炸裂。
分析304波形膨脹節開裂的原因,採取有效措施預防噁性事故的髮生;通過理化分析,髮現304奧氏體不鏽鋼在冷加工成形時會髮生馬氏體相變;在開、停車情況下或保溫不良時會形成濕硫化氫環境,含形變馬氏體的304奧氏體不鏽鋼髮生濕硫化氫引起的氫緻開裂(HIC)或應力導嚮氫緻開裂(SOCHIC),噹裂紋擴展到某一臨界呎吋時便髮生瞭低應力脆斷型的開裂或炸裂。

An cracking failure analysis of the bellow expansion made by 304 austenitic stainless steel material,used to take effective measures to prevent bad accidents. Through physical and chemical analysis methods,it is found that martensite phase transformation oc-curred in the matrix of 304 austenitic stainless steel in cold forming. Under the condition of operation started, operation stopped,or bad thermal insulation, a wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion environment is formed. Deformation martensite in 304 austenitic stainless steel in wet hydrogen sulfide hydrogen induced cracking (HIC) or stress ori-ented hydrogen induced cracking (SOCHIC), and the low stress brit-tle fracture crack or burst took place when the crack extension to a critical size .
