研究性教学是目前高校教学方法改革的重要实践之一,在此过程中,教师必须树立科学的教育观,在实施研究性教学过程中更新观念,重新认识和诠释教师角色。文中从明确教师角色为起点,从教师、学生、学校和社会四个方面系统的分析教师角色转变实现的途径。

Research-based teaching is one of the important practices of the teaching method reform in colleges and universities,in the process,teachers must set up scientific education concept,renew the idea,recognition and interpretation of teachers role.In this paper,from the teachers'role as a starting point,analysis approaches to realize the teacher role transformation systematic from the four aspects these are teachers,students,schools and the society.
