目的探讨心理干预对乳腺增生患者心理健康状态的影响。方法将患者随机分为两组，治疗组采取心理干预配合物理因子治疗，对照组单纯采用物理因子治疗。结果治疗组在临床疗效及躯体化症状和心理状况明显优于对照组。结论心理干预配合物理因子可以改善乳腺增生病患者的临床症状及心理健康水平。
目的探討心理榦預對乳腺增生患者心理健康狀態的影響。方法將患者隨機分為兩組，治療組採取心理榦預配閤物理因子治療，對照組單純採用物理因子治療。結果治療組在臨床療效及軀體化癥狀和心理狀況明顯優于對照組。結論心理榦預配閤物理因子可以改善乳腺增生病患者的臨床癥狀及心理健康水平。

Objective To explore the ef ect of psychological intervention on mental health state of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group adopted psychological intervention combined with physical therapy.The control group with simple physical factor treatment.Results The treatment group in the clinical curative ef ect and somatic symptoms and psychological status was bet er than the control group.Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with physical factors can improve the clinical symptoms and mental health level of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands.
