运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法等方法对河南省中小学新体育课程标准的实施的影响因素进行调查分析，为河南省中小学体育新课程标准的顺利实施和推广提供参考。分析结果表明：学生体育课意识淡薄、教师自身业务水平局限、学校领导重视不够、新课程标准自身缺陷及体育教师数量不足且分布不均是影响新课标顺利实施的主要因素。

The factors affecting the implementation by using the method of literature, questionnaire and interviews and other methods of primary and secondary schools in Henan provincethe new sports curriculum standard survey analysis, provides the reference for the implementation and promotion ofprimary and secondary schools in Henan province sports newcurriculum standard. Analysis results show that: the students sports consciousness, teachers' vocational level limited,school leadership attaches great importance to the quantity is not enough, the new course standard of PE teachers own flawand insufficient and uneven distribution are the main factors that influence the smooth implementation of the newcurriculum standard.
