宁波海洋服务业发展态势良好，但现有海洋服务业仍以传统产业为主，尚未形成系统规模和集聚效应，影响了海洋产业发展质量和竞争力提升。文章在分析宁波海洋服务业现状及问题基础上，提出宁波应加快海洋传统产业向高科技海洋新兴产业的转变，巩固航运物流业、海洋文化业、海洋旅游业等重点领域，夯实海洋服务业发展基础，全面推进市县统筹、陆域和海域联动发展，从更多领域、更高层次促进海洋服务业的可持续发展。

저파해양복무업발전태세량호，단현유해양복무업잉이전통산업위주，상미형성계통규모화집취효응，영향료해양산업발전질량화경쟁력제승。문장재분석저파해양복무업현상급문제기출상，제출저파응가쾌해양전통산업향고과기해양신흥산업적전변，공고항운물류업、해양문화업、해양여유업등중점영역，항실해양복무업발전기출，전면추진시현통주、륙역화해역련동발전，종경다영역、경고층차촉진해양복무업적가지속발전。
The current situation of Ningbo marine service has developed well.However,the existing ma-rine services industry,which is still dominated by traditional industries,has not yet formed a systematic scale and agglomeration effects.It has affected the marine service quality improvement and competitive ad-vantage promotion.Based on the analysis of the existing situation of the marine service in Ningbo,the pa-per suggests that Ningbo should speed up the change from the traditional marine industry to the high-tech marine industry and puts more emphasis on the key areas,like shipping and logistics,marine culture and marine tourism etc;Moreover,Ningbo should tamp the development foundation of marine service indus-try,comprehensively enhancing the effective cooperation between city and county,land and sea;thus boosting maire service industry to have a sustainable development.
