研究空气阻止剂NM360在工程机械轮胎胎侧胶和内层帘布胶中的应用。结果表明,以空气阻止剂NM360替代工程机械轮胎胎侧胶中的再生橡胶和内层帘布胶中的纳米碳酸钙,胶料的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率提高,加工性能改善,成品轮胎性能良好,生产成本降低。

The application of air blocker NM360 in the sidewall compound and inner ply compound of OTR tire was experimentally investigated. In the sidewall compound, NM360 was applied to replace the reclaimed rubber, and in the inner ply compound, NM360 was used to replace the nano CaCO3. The results showed that, the tensile strength and elongation at break of the vulcanizates increased by using NM360, the processing properties of the compounds were improved, the performance of the ifnished tire was good, and the production cost was reduced.
