对高校学生党支部进行合理有效的设置,以最大化地发挥学生党员和党支部的先锋模范和战斗堡垒作用,是新时期高校基层党建工作中一个重要而紧迫的课题。以江西农业大学农学院为例,初步分析了高校学生党支部建设中存在的问题,并将＂立交桥模式＂融入到学生党支部建设改革当中,具体探讨了运用＂立交桥模式＂,通过纵向设立党支部、横向设立党小组的方式,合理设置学生党支部,以便为高校学生党支部建设改革提供借鉴。

To establish the Party branches among the college students reasonably and effectively is an important and urgent task of the college grassroot Party branch construction to maximize the rule of exemplary vanguard and the fighting force of student Party members and the Party branches in new era. A good case is the College of Agronomy, Jiangxi Agricultural University preliminarily analyzed the problems existing in the Party branch branch among the college students in detail, combining ＂the flyover-like mode＂ with the reformation.
