对高校在新国家奖助学金政策的实施中存在着宣传和思想政治教育工作不足、家庭经济困难学生难以界定、评定办法不够规范等问题进行了分析探讨,认为应该充分发挥其思想政治教育功能,准确确定家庭经济困难学生、规范评定程序和方法,以更好地落实国家奖助学金政策。
對高校在新國傢獎助學金政策的實施中存在著宣傳和思想政治教育工作不足、傢庭經濟睏難學生難以界定、評定辦法不夠規範等問題進行瞭分析探討,認為應該充分髮揮其思想政治教育功能,準確確定傢庭經濟睏難學生、規範評定程序和方法,以更好地落實國傢獎助學金政策。

There exist some problems in the implementation of the new national scholarship and fi- nancial aid policy in colleges, such as lack of propaganda, insufficiency in ideological and political education, difficulty in definition of students from economically disadvantaged families, and unstandardized evaluation method. It is suggested that Colleges should give full play to its ideological and politicat education function, identify properly the students with financial difficulties, standardize the procedure and method of evaluation so as to better implement the new national scholarship and financial aid policy.
