目的探讨辛伐他汀联合丹参注射液治疗冠心病合并糖尿病的临床疗效.方法将114例冠心病合并糖尿病患者随机分为两组,对照组57例采用常规治疗,加用辛伐他汀,观察组57例则在对照组的基础上加用丹参注射液,两组连续治疗3个月,比较两组心功能改善、心绞痛发作、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和空腹血糖含量以及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组总有效率为94.74%,对照组为80.70%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者治疗后心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛持续时间和硝酸甘油用量较对照组均明显下降,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后两组患者血清SOD含量上升,MDA含量下降,观察组血清SOD含量较对照组明显上升幅度更加明显(P＜0.05);两组空腹血糖治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),无明显不良反应发生.结论辛伐他汀联合丹参注射液治疗冠心病合并糖尿病能明显改善心功能,减少心绞痛的发作频率、心绞痛持续时间和硝酸甘油用量,有效地降低冠心病合并糖尿病患者的血脂水平.

Objective To explore the efficacy of simvastatin combined with salvia miltiorrhiza injections for coronary heart disease ( CHD ) concurrent with diabetes mellitus ( DM ). Methods 114 patients with CHD concurrent with DM were randomly assigned to receive conventional therapy plus simvastatin ( 57 patients,control group ), or conventional treatment plus simvastatin and salvia miltiorrhiza injections ( 57 patients, study group ) for three months. The improvement in heart function, angina peetoris attacks, serum levels of superoxide dismutases ( SOD ) and malondialdehyde ( MDA ), fast blood glucose level, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effectiveness rate differed significantly between the study group and the control group ( 94.74% vs. 80.70%, P ＜ 0.05 ). As compared with those in the control group, the frequency of angina pectoris attacks, duration of angina, and nitroglycerin use were significantly declined in the study group after treatment ( P＜ 0.05 ). Serum SOD level increased while MDA level decreased in both groups the SOD level elevated more markedly in the study than in the control group ( P＜ 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in fast blood glucose level after treatment ( P＞ 0.05 ). No obvious adverse reactions were found. Conclusions Combination therapy with simvastatin and salvia miltiorrhiza injections can improve heart function, reduce frequency of angina pectoris attacks and nitroglycerin use, shorten duration of angina, and effectively lower blood lipid level in patients with coronary heart disease concurrent with diabetes mellitus.
