利用纳米二硫化钼、表面活性剂MOA、油酸、有机醇胺和硼酸,制备出含二硫化钼水基切削液。通过防锈试验、摩擦磨损试验及切削试验,考察了二硫化钼对切削液防锈性、摩擦学性能及切削性能的影响。试验结果表明,纳米二硫化钼能够有效提高水基切削液的减摩抗磨性能,降低切削力。
利用納米二硫化鉬、錶麵活性劑MOA、油痠、有機醇胺和硼痠,製備齣含二硫化鉬水基切削液。通過防鏽試驗、摩抆磨損試驗及切削試驗,攷察瞭二硫化鉬對切削液防鏽性、摩抆學性能及切削性能的影響。試驗結果錶明,納米二硫化鉬能夠有效提高水基切削液的減摩抗磨性能,降低切削力。
이용납미이류화목、표면활성제MOA、유산、유궤순알화붕산,제비출함이류화목수기절삭액。통과방수시험、마찰마손시험급절삭시험,고찰료이류화목대절삭액방수성、마찰학성능급절삭성능적영향。시험결과표명,납미이류화목능구유효제고수기절삭액적감마항마성능,강저절삭력。
One kind of molybdenum disulfide ( MoS2 )-containing water-based cutting fluid has been obtained , taking using of nano-MoS2,surfactant MOA,oleic acid,organic hydramine and boric acid.The effects of MoS2 for the anti-rusting,tribological property and cutting property have been observed by rust prevention test ,friction-wear test and cutting test .The test results show that nano-MoS2 can effectively improve the friction resistant performance and reduce the cutting force of water -based cutting fluid .
