为提高八年制口腔专业学员分析和解决临床问题的能力,在可摘局部义齿理论教学中开展PBL教学。以上届传统教学测验成绩为对照组,分析PBL教学效果。证明PBL教学法对提高学生自主学习能力、培养良好的临床思维习惯有促进作用,并为进一步临床教学改革提供实践基础。

In order to evaluate the result of students ’ accommodation to the PBL in the practice of removable partial denture , a ques-tionnaire and an exam were carried out among students .The questionnaire also included questions about participants ’ attitudes toward the challenges through PBL and suggestions for the education reform from traditional to PBL method .The results reveal that PBL model is advanced and reasonable .
