培养创新型人才是建设创新型国家的重要战略。山西医科大学学生创新项目，作为医学院校实施国家战略、人才培养改革的重要组成部分，经过10年探索实践，已经取得了显著成效，并积累了成功经验。通过对项目的运行历程、存在问题以及发展优势的深入总结分析，提出进一步完善的措施，旨在为医科类院校乃至全国大学人才培养体系构建和教学体系改革提供实证参考。

To cultivate the innovative talents is an important strategy to build up the innovative country .After 10-year exploration and practice , the college students ’ innovative projects of Shanxi Medical University , as an important part of measures for carrying out the national strategy and reforming the talent culture , have made remarkable achievements and provided successful experiences .This article analyzed the progress of the project running and summarized the advantages of development , and put forward the further measures of improvement for providing the references for the construction of talent culture and the reform of teaching system in medical colleges and universities nationwide .
