目的：分析益气活血补肾类中药对糖尿病肾病（ DN）患者的治疗作用，并探讨其作用机制。方法：将80例DN患者分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例，对照组采用常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上采用益气活血补肾类中药汤剂治疗，比较两组的治疗情况。结果：治疗组的总有效率85.0％显著高于对照组50.0％（P＜0.05）。治疗组治疗后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 hPG）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）的改善程度显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗组治疗后的尿蛋白改善显著优于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论：益气活血补肾类中药能够提高DN的治疗效果，其作用机理可能与降低尿蛋白、血糖和血压，保护肾脏有关。
목적：분석익기활혈보신류중약대당뇨병신병（ DN）환자적치료작용，병탐토기작용궤제。방법：장80례DN환자분위치료조화대조조，매조40례，대조조채용상규서약치료，치료조재대조조적기출상채용익기활혈보신류중약탕제치료，비교량조적치료정황。결과：치료조적총유효솔85.0％현저고우대조조50.0％（P＜0.05）。치료조치료후공복혈당（FPG）、찬후2 h혈당（2 hPG）、수축압（SBP）、서장압（DBP）적개선정도현저우우대조조（P＜0.05）。치료조치료후적뇨단백개선현저우우대조조（ P＜0.05）。결론：익기활혈보신류중약능구제고DN적치료효과，기작용궤리가능여강저뇨단백、혈당화혈압，보호신장유관。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of yiqihuoxuebushen ( boosting the qi and quickening the blood ) drugs in dia-betic nephropathy (DN) patients, and to explore its mechanism.Methods:Eighty cases of DN patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group , 40 cases in each .Patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment , and the observation group applied extra Yiqihuoxuebushen decoction .Treatment condition were compared between two groups .Results:The to-tal effective rate in treatment group was 85%which was significantly higher than that of the control group (50%) (P<0.05).The im-provement of urinary protein, fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2h postprandial plasma glucose (2 hPG), systolic pressure (SBP), dias-tolic blood pressure ( DBP) after treatment in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P<0.05 ) . The improvement of albuminuria after treatment in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Yiqihuoxuebushen type of Chinese medicine can improve the curative effect of DN , and its mechanism of action may be re-lated to reducing urinary protein , blood sugar and blood pressure , so as to protect the kidney .
