新形势下党群关系呈现三个特点：利益关系影响党群关系、党员领导干部主导党群关系、党群关系问题是发展中的问题。要加强党群关系，必须发扬党的优良传统，密切党群关系；搞好社会利益整合，增强群众政党认同；加强反腐倡廉建设，净化党员干部队伍。
新形勢下黨群關繫呈現三箇特點：利益關繫影響黨群關繫、黨員領導榦部主導黨群關繫、黨群關繫問題是髮展中的問題。要加彊黨群關繫，必鬚髮颺黨的優良傳統，密切黨群關繫；搞好社會利益整閤，增彊群衆政黨認同；加彊反腐倡廉建設，淨化黨員榦部隊伍。
신형세하당군관계정현삼개특점：이익관계영향당군관계、당원령도간부주도당군관계、당군관계문제시발전중적문제。요가강당군관계，필수발양당적우량전통，밀절당군관계；고호사회이익정합，증강군음정당인동；가강반부창렴건설，정화당원간부대오。
Under the new situation, the Party-mass relationship takes on three features: the interest relationship affects the Party-mass relationship; Leading cadres dominate the Party-mass relationship; the problem of the Party-mass relationship is the problem in our development. To strengthen the Party-mass relationship, we must carry forward the Party's fine traditions, close the relationship, do well the social interest integration, enhance the masses’party identification, strengthen the construction of the anti-corruption and purify the ranks of the party member cadres.
