中学历史学科是基础教育的重要学科之一，在基础教育中具有其他学科不可替代的重要作用。中学历史作为一门人文学科，具备着其他学科不曾具备的培养学生素质之潜能。目前，随着基础教育改革的不断深入，中学历史教学虽然也加速了改革的步伐，但在很多中学，历史学科的教学并没有得到应有的重视。

History, as an important foundation discipline of basic education in middle school, plays an irreplaceable role in basic education. As one of the humanities, middle school history pos-sesses the potential of cultivating students' quality which other disciplines don't possess. Currently, with the continuous deepen-ing of basic education reform, the teaching reform of middle school history is also accelerating, but history teaching has not been given due attention in many middle schools.
