目的:院探讨中职卫校临床五官科学PBL教学模式的应用效果。方法院研究选取我校在教学医院见习的2012届中职卫生学校农村医学专业学生60名,随机分为两组,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用PBL教学模式,对实施不同教学模式两组学生进行理论考试、临床操作考核,调查学习效果、统计教学满意度。结果院观察组学生在理论考试成绩方面,平均分数明显高于对照组;临床操作次数远多于对照组;问卷调查教学满意度上,观察组学生的满意度为4.6分(总分5分),对照组满意度仅为3.5分,两组数据有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论院五官科学教学中应用PBL教学模式具有明显优势,能使学生融会贯通,对知识的广度以及深度有更好的理解,明确其实用价值,值得进一步推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of PBL teaching model applied to otorhinolaryngology in secondary vocational health school. Methods:To select 60 students of Grade 2012 majoring in rural medicine who are on an internship at the teaching hospital of our school and randomly divide them into two groups, the con-trol group which adopt traditional teaching model, and the obser-vation group which adopt PBL teaching model, and finally to e-valuate the two groups both theoretically and clinically, in order to investigate the learning effect and conclude the teaching satis-faction. Results: The average score of the observation group for the theoretical examination is obviously higher than that of the control group;the clinical operation of the observation group is far more than that of the control group;questionnaires show that the teaching satisfaction of the observation group scores 4.6 points out of 5 points and the control group 3.5 points, which manifests a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:It is of a significant advantage to apply PBL teaching model to otorhinolaryngology teaching, as it can make students bring knowledge together and understand thoroughly, as well as understand its practical value, so it is worthy of further popularization.
