为了更好地研究解决城市隧道施工给邻近环境带来的影响，特别是石家庄地区地铁隧道开始兴建，保证地铁安全施工是目前的首要任务。本文以石家庄地区地铁隧道施工为具体研究对象，对本地区的地表沉降、地下管线变形和周围建筑物监测情况进行分析，提出了有效的监测施工方案，为石家庄后期的地铁隧道监测提供理论支撑。

In order to better study and solve the urban tunnel construction impacts to the surrounding environment, especially the beginning of subway tunnel construction in Shijiazhuang. To ensure safety is the primary task of subway construction. Taking Shijiazhuang metro tunnel construction as the specific object of study, this paper analyzed the surface subsidence, deformation of the underground pipeline, monitoring situation of surrounding buildings in this region, proposed effective program for construc-tion monitoring, aiming to provide theoretical support for the fol-lowing monitoring of the subway tunnel in Shijiazhuang.
