目的：院为使独立学院培养的护生能更好地适应临床需求，探索更为适合的实训教学方法。方法院以“基础护理学”课程为基础，将2011级学生作为实验组，2010级学生作为对照组，实验组采用小组学习与考核的方法，对照组采用传统的教学法，通过小组式技能考核来比较两组学生的学习效果。结果院实验组的学生成绩优于对照组，且实验组的学生对小组学习与考核法认可度较高。结论院小组学习与考核法可提高学生的技术操作水平、提高学生的综合素质，同时可有效解决独立学院专职专任教师相对不足的问题。

목적：원위사독립학원배양적호생능경호지괄응림상수구，탐색경위괄합적실훈교학방법。방법원이“기출호이학”과정위기출，장2011급학생작위실험조，2010급학생작위대조조，실험조채용소조학습여고핵적방법，대조조채용전통적교학법，통과소조식기능고핵래비교량조학생적학습효과。결과원실험조적학생성적우우대조조，차실험조적학생대소조학습여고핵법인가도교고。결론원소조학습여고핵법가제고학생적기술조작수평、제고학생적종합소질，동시가유효해결독립학원전직전임교사상대불족적문제。
Objective:To make nursing students cultivated in in-dependent colleges better adapt to clinical needs and explore more suitable training teaching methods. Methods:Based on the course of"Basic Nursing", taking Grade 2011 students as the ex-perimental group and Grade 2010 students as the control group, group learning and assessment method is taken in the experi-mental group, and traditional teaching method is taken in the control group, and the learning effects of the two groups are com-pared through group skills assessment. Results:The performance of the experimental group is better than that of the control group, and students of the experimental group have a high recognition on group learning and assessment method. Conclusions: Group learning and assessment method can improve students' technical operation ability, improve their comprehensive quality, and meanwhile effectively solve the problem of insufficient profes-sional teachers in independent colleges.
