根据板料韧性断裂的基本原理,利用DEFOM有限元分析软件对板料冲裁过程进行数值模拟,结合模具磨损规律,得出毛刺在冲裁过程中的变化规律,可以用于预测模具的使用寿命。模具在连续冲裁过程中的磨损可用不断增大的模具间隙和刃口半径来模拟,同时验证实验过程中每个阶段的实验数据,并将其导入Matlab软件进行模拟,导出模具的寿命预测模型,最后将预测结果与实验结果进行对比,验证此方法的正确性。
根據闆料韌性斷裂的基本原理,利用DEFOM有限元分析軟件對闆料遲裁過程進行數值模擬,結閤模具磨損規律,得齣毛刺在遲裁過程中的變化規律,可以用于預測模具的使用壽命。模具在連續遲裁過程中的磨損可用不斷增大的模具間隙和刃口半徑來模擬,同時驗證實驗過程中每箇階段的實驗數據,併將其導入Matlab軟件進行模擬,導齣模具的壽命預測模型,最後將預測結果與實驗結果進行對比,驗證此方法的正確性。

According to the basic principles of sheet metal ductile fracture ,the numerical simulation of sheet blanking was taken by the DEFOM finite element analysis software .Combined on die wear regularity , the principle of burr formation in blanking process can predict the service life of the mold .The results of the wear of the mold in the continuous blanking was simulated by increasing die interval and the edge radius ,and verify each stage of the experimental data during the experiment .Each stage of the data was imported to Matlab for simulation , and finally compare with the experimental results to verify the correctness of this method.
