目的：观察米菲司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法：选择笔者所在医院收治的200例确诊并接受保守治疗的异位妊娠患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组，各100例。对照组肌内注射甲氨蝶呤治疗，试验组口服米菲司酮联合肌内注射甲氨蝶呤治疗。观察比较两组患者治愈率、药物不良反应、血β-hCG值及附件包块直径变化情况。结果：试验组治愈率为91.0%，对照组治愈率76.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较，治疗2周后两组患者附件包块直径明显缩小(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为15.0%，对照组为16.0%，差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论：口服米菲司酮联合肌内注射甲氨蝶呤保守治疗异位妊娠，治疗操作简单、临床疗效好、不良反应少，值得临床推广使用。
목적：관찰미비사동연합갑안접령치료이위임신적림상료효。방법：선택필자소재의원수치적200례학진병접수보수치료적이위임신환자위연구대상，채용수궤수자표법장기분위시험조화대조조，각100례。대조조기내주사갑안접령치료，시험조구복미비사동연합기내주사갑안접령치료。관찰비교량조환자치유솔、약물불량반응、혈β-hCG치급부건포괴직경변화정황。결과：시험조치유솔위91.0%，대조조치유솔76.0%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。여치료전비교，치료2주후량조환자부건포괴직경명현축소(P<0.05)。시험조불량반응발생솔위15.0%，대조조위16.0%，차이무통계학차이(P>0.05)。결론：구복미비사동연합기내주사갑안접령보수치료이위임신，치료조작간단、림상료효호、불량반응소，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Method:Select the author’s hospital treated 200 cases of diagnosis and conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy patients as the research object,using the random number table method divided into trial group and control group,100 cases each.Control group intramuscular injection of methotrexate therapy,treatment group oral miffy department ketone with intramuscular injection of methotrexate therapy.Compare two groups of patients with the cure rate,adverse drug reactions and serum β-hCG value and accessory bag piece diameter changes.Result:The cure rate of experimental group was 91.0%,the control group was 76.0%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment in the two groups were significantly reduced in patients with adnexal mass diameter (P<0.05).
