利用GT-Power建立柴油机仿真模型,仿真分析乳化柴油的经济性与排放性,并在柴油机上对ED15乳化柴油和柴油进行了标定转速1500 r/min下发动机负荷特性对比试验。仿真结果表明:除了ED10,ED25的当量燃油消耗率在25%负荷率下略高于柴油外,ED10,ED15,ED20和ED25的当量燃油消耗率在其他负荷率下均低于柴油;乳化柴油在降低NOx 和炭烟(soot)排放方面效果显著。试验结果表明:经济性与排放性综合评价最优的ED15在25%,50%,75%和100%等4种不同负荷率下的当量燃油消耗率均低于纯柴油,节油率分别为5.5%,3.0%,1.1%,3.2%;NOx减排率分别为42.7%,37.4%,11.9%,12.9%;炭烟(soot)减排率分别为37.9%,30%,52%,47.8%。

The economy and emission performance of emulsified diesel fuel were simulated and analyzed based on the diesel en-gine model built by using GT-Power and the load characteristics of ED15 emulsified diesel and diesel at 1 500 r/min were com-pared .The simulation results show that the equivalent specific fuel consumptions of ED 10 ,ED15 ,ED20 and ED25 are lower that that of diesel at all loads except that the equivalent specific fuel consumptions of ED 10 and ED25 are slightly higher that of diesel at 25% loads .The NOx and soot emission reduce dramatically .The experiment results show that the economy and emis-sion of ED15 are better than other emulsified fuel and its equivalent specific fuel consumptions of 25% ,50% ,75% and 100%loads are lower than that of diesel ,which save 2 .9% ,3 .68% ,4 .2% and 0 .8% fuel respectively .In addition ,the reductions of NOx emission are 42 .7% ,37 .4% ,11 .9% and 12 .9% respectively and the reductions of soot are 37 .9% ,30% ,52% and 47 .8% respectively .
