应用HE染色、刚果红染色、高锰酸钾氧化刚果红染色、透射式电子显微镜观察病肝组织的显微及超微结构变化。结果显示,光镜下淀粉样物质可逐渐沉积于窦周间隙、肝细胞间、汇管区,这些受累的区域无细胞或细胞过少;电镜下观察肝细胞间沉着大量淀粉样物质,肝细胞萎缩甚至崩解,细胞器消失,出现裸核。
應用HE染色、剛果紅染色、高錳痠鉀氧化剛果紅染色、透射式電子顯微鏡觀察病肝組織的顯微及超微結構變化。結果顯示,光鏡下澱粉樣物質可逐漸沉積于竇週間隙、肝細胞間、彙管區,這些受纍的區域無細胞或細胞過少;電鏡下觀察肝細胞間沉著大量澱粉樣物質,肝細胞萎縮甚至崩解,細胞器消失,齣現裸覈。
응용HE염색、강과홍염색、고맹산갑양화강과홍염색、투사식전자현미경관찰병간조직적현미급초미결구변화。결과현시,광경하정분양물질가축점침적우두주간극、간세포간、회관구,저사수루적구역무세포혹세포과소;전경하관찰간세포간침착대량정분양물질,간세포위축심지붕해,세포기소실,출현라핵。
The microstructure and the ultrastructrue of the hepatic amyloidosis were studied with HE stain,Congo red and its permanganate-oxygenated stain, as well as transmission electron microscope. The amyloid deposition was mainly located at sinusoida and portal area. Liver cells atrophied and were gradually replaced with amyloid ma-terial and appeared naked nucleus.
