大型集群风电接入给电力系统的规划和运行增加了更多的不确定因素。由于风电的间歇性、随机性、波动性及风电场选址等问题,传统的电网规划方法越来越不适应当前多不确定信息的电网规划工作。针对大型集群风电接入对电网规划的影响,评述了集群风电出力不确定性建模,并基于规划模型和评估方法,综述了近年来国内外计及风电不确定性的系统潮流计算方法以及含集群风电的输电系统规划领域的研究现状和研究成果。从输电系统规划、网源协调规划等方面着手,结合特高压电网、环保效益等研究热点,展望了如何在未来大型集群风电接入情况下获得最优规划决策方案的输电系统规划理论和方法。
大型集群風電接入給電力繫統的規劃和運行增加瞭更多的不確定因素。由于風電的間歇性、隨機性、波動性及風電場選阯等問題,傳統的電網規劃方法越來越不適應噹前多不確定信息的電網規劃工作。針對大型集群風電接入對電網規劃的影響,評述瞭集群風電齣力不確定性建模,併基于規劃模型和評估方法,綜述瞭近年來國內外計及風電不確定性的繫統潮流計算方法以及含集群風電的輸電繫統規劃領域的研究現狀和研究成果。從輸電繫統規劃、網源協調規劃等方麵著手,結閤特高壓電網、環保效益等研究熱點,展望瞭如何在未來大型集群風電接入情況下穫得最優規劃決策方案的輸電繫統規劃理論和方法。

Integration of large clusters of wind power brings many uncertainties into power grid planning and operation. Due to wind power’s intermittency, randomness, volatility and siting of wind farm, traditional power network planning methods become more and more unsuitable for the current power system planning with many uncertainties. According to the impact of large clusters of wind power integration on transmission planning, uncertainty modeling of wind power clusters considering wind power uncertainty was reviewed in this paper. The domestic and international research actuality and results of power flow calculation with wind power uncertainty and transmission system planning considering wind power clusters integration were introduced based on the planning model and evaluation method in recent years. Combined with the hot research topics including ultra-high voltage grid and environmental benefit, how to obtain the planning theory and method of the best decision-making for future transmission system considering large clusters of wind power integration was proposed from the aspects of transmission planning, network-machine planning and so on.
